Ibericity, specialist in real estate services, has launched a third service. IBEREASY ensures real-estate purchases for every foreigner wanting to invest in Spain or live on the Mediterranean coast.

The Spanish real-estate market has been growing for some years. According to INSE (National Institute for Statistics in Spain), more than one and a half million foreigners are interested in investing in Spanish real-estate in the next 5 years. The Spanish climate, the moderate prices and the lifestyle attract good investors. Ibericity opens Spain's doors to the foreign investors.

HOW TO INVEST?

At this prosperous time for Spain's tourist industry, and especially that of the Valencian Community, 'IBERICITY aims to be the point of reference to foreign investors by providing them with a full service' Frederic GIRAUD, chief of the company, told us. More and more foreigners, notably the English, Irish and Germans, are exploring the Iberian coastline in search of accommodation to invest in, to live in, to earn an extra income from and as a place to go on holiday. The Spanish real-estate market isn't an easy one for foreigners to crack. Moreover, understanding the various administrative acts in the country's own language can be synonymous to a headache. IBERICITY gives those investors a helping hand with its new service IBEREASY which takes the client through the whole procedure in their own language. All the way from acquiring a real estate property through to managing it, they offer the investor a safe and effective support base.

SERVICE'S ORIGIN...

The company's chief, Frederic GIRAUD, wanted to move to Spain. He went to a myriad of real-estate agencies and encountered numerous difficulties. He analysed the different problems relating to buying a real-estate property in Spain: understanding the language, knowing Spanish regulation on real-estate and local practice. Frederic tells us: 'Having been confronted with these problems directly, and despite my level of Spanish, I decided that it would be both interesting and appealing to create such a service.' It is thus, having his own knowledge of the causes, that he proposes a helpful solution to purchasing property in Valencia.

IBERICITY acts and grows in collaboration with and complimentary to its public and private partners. The society is organised, at present, in 4 poles of expertise: IberiSearch: a property hunting service in the Community of Valencia including a simulation of the buying process consisting of : a search for a real-estate property following the client's preferences; a hypothetical analysis of the project with simulated investigations and propositions; visits to the selected properties; redefining any research; giving advice - explanations of possible negotiations - advising about taxes and administrative aid, through to the simulation of the signing the deeds; IberEasy: a service accompanying the purchase system when the property is definitely chosen, involving the application of all simulation carried out by the IberiSearch service concerning the selected property; IberiCityrent: a rent management service for the acquired properties: Accommodation Valencia: an apartment rental service for short term stays in the city of Valencia; Accommodation Valencia2007: an apartment rental service for mid-term stays during the America's Cup.

To perform its mission, IBERICITY will soon improve its range of services with, for example, IBERIMONEY, a service offering help and support during the process of obtaining a real-estate loan.

With any big change to your IT infrastructure comes risk, but of course you’re hoping that the rewards will out weigh those risks. In fact, you’re doing more than just hoping – you’re planning, strategizing, and putting your organization in a good position to mitigate those risks.

Deploying a new operating system throughout a company can be disruptive and complex because so much is dependant on that OS – the applications running on top of the OS, the drivers that allow peripherals like printers to work, to name but a few. If all goes well, the operating system should be invisible to the end user but if all doesn’t go well…well, we’ve all been there. It sucks.

A good plan that’s well executed can result in an organization having use of technology that can help achieve higher productivity, better collaboration and more opportunities for innovative ideas. That’s what this month’s Manager Tech Talk is all about – putting together a good plan for Windows deployment success.

Join Jonathan and I as we talk with Dave Kawula, Senior Consultant with 1E, about the benefits and challenges of deploying Windows 7. We’ll cover what tools are available to you, what “gotcha’s” to watch out for and hear tales from deployments past. Join us live to ask your questions and have them answered during the broadcast.
