They were just a few years younger than me, and they always would depend on me for everything. For some strange reason, I was responsible to do everything for them. They would ask me where stuff was and how to do things. At first I had no problem teaching them these things, but I found out as strange fact once I started to teach them. They already knew how to do it, and they were using me to do all of their work for them!!! This had to stop right away. I changed the situation so that they were teaching themselves and I was just guiding them. Now, some people say that they are not hands on people and they only learn by listening or reading. That is fine and good, but it just is not effective.
