They already knew how to do it, and they were using me to do all of their work for them!!! This had to stop right away. I changed the situation so that they were teaching themselves and I was just guiding them. Now, some people say that they are not hands on people and they only learn by listening or reading. That is fine and good, but it just is not effective.
